How we use this information :
We collect this information as a means of personalization and contact if required i.e. we can send you an email with a new password if you have forgotten your password.
We may monitor this website (including using 'cookies') in order to identify user trends, which will assist us in improving the site. If that occurs, the information will only be used in aggregate form and your individual details will not be identified or disclosed to any person.
Just Exam administrator account holder will have access to, and only to, their own information and all information of all users they have created or registered directly or indirectly under them.


Students will have access only to their own information and their admin email id.
Students have access to the Login Id or email of all classmate of their class/course. They will see news and updates send to them in their panel.

Results for online exams/tests will only be available for the test taker (individual user) only and their admin. Students can see results of all user in their class/course. They can also see rank of each student of their class/course.

An admin can view and edit (editable) all information including passwords of all users/accounts created under it directly or indirectly.
Passwords can only be reset via login page at forgot password link or via the 'Change password' in panel. An admin can anytime edit password of all users/accounts created or registered under it directly or indirectly.
Just Exam admin and its students can easily edit their own information at any time after they have logged in through profile page. Only editable information can be updated.


Protection
TutorArc is hosted in a high security data center which is staffed 24/7.
All passwords are stored fully encrypted and login and registration is communicated via HTTPS.
Your data is completely private to you the account administrator and is protected by secure servers.
Exams and content are only available to those who the account administrator gives access to.
Payments using Credit cards are processed on the highly secure website. TutorArc does not store or process credit card numbers.

Cookies
• Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on TutorArc.
• Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to TutorArc users based on their visit to TutorArc and other sites on the Internet.
